The Boston National Historical Park is an association of sites that showcase Boston's role in the American Revolution. It was designated a national park on October 1, 1974. Seven of the eight sites are connected by the Freedom Trail, a walking tour of downtown Boston.

The eight sites are as follows:

• The Bunker Hill Monument
• The Charlestown Navy Yard (including the USS  Constitution)
• Dorchester Heights
• Faneuil Hall
• The Old North Church
• The Old South Meeting House
• The Old State House
• The Paul Revere House

The entire park is operated by the National Park Service, except Constitution which is a commissioned US Navy ship.
